The New Perspectives Festival opens to the public at the Cultural Centre of Nova Gorica – The School of Arts of University of Nova Gorica

We are pleased to invite you to NOVE PERSPEKTIVE, a film program featuring our students, which will take place for the third time in our city. This unique program, which is being presented to the Nova Gorica audience for the first time, has quickly gained the status of an important cultural event. The festival offers insight into the creativity and innovation of young filmmakers. We will present films created in our region, which were directed by students from all over.

Festival NOVE PERSPEKTIVE has now firmly established itself as a traditional event that not only enriches the cultural offering of Nova Gorica but is also becoming an important event on the broader cultural map.

This year, the program will feature the following films:

Ostani tu. | directed by Tenej Davidović, 2024, 7’30”
Hell Thunders | directed by Milan Bajčetić, 2024, 14’
Funny Snails | directed by Dragana Stanković, 2024, 3’30”
Onkraj obraza | directed by Anja Resman, 2024, 10’
Tempomaximus | directed by Brina Fekonja, 2024, 3’40”
No Time | directed by Tina Furlan, 2024, 2’30”

After the screenings, you will have the opportunity to meet the filmmakers, who will be present and will gladly share their creative journey and process.

The event was also covered by journalists. RTV Slovenia highlighted our festival New Perspectives and the exhibition of scenography and puppets from Anja Resman’s master’s film Beyond the Face. We were also featured on TV Koper Capodistria and Radio Koper.
