Born in 1966. he earned his BA in Journalism at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb and MA at the University of Nova Gorica School of Arts, Slovenia. Involved in music and fine arts in his previous work, for the last 25 years, he has been dedicated exclusively to cinematic art, primarily in the capacity of producer.In 2001, he founded the production company Propeler Film. He is also the founder and first director of the Motovun Film Festival, and since 2003, the founder and director of the Zagreb Film Festival.He is a member of the European Film Academy, the Croatian Producers Association and the Filmmakers Association of Croatia. Movies that he produced were awarded with more than 200 awards at international festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, Sundance, Rotterdam, Sarajevo…
